I am a research scientist at JD.com Silicon Valley Lab and I recently graduated from a PhD in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
I am interested in data-driven projects that will help policy makers and business units take better informed decisions. My research uses a mixture of economic modelling and causal inference methods.

would have occurred but are instead avoided or dela- yed, are unseen.
